Patrick Noonan

Director, User Experience

Patrick comes to Nurun with a wealth of strategy and research experience. He has taught user experience certification courses and his studies in psychology and human-computer interaction have led to publications in textbooks, academic journals, and even a music magazine. His professional experience includes interaction design, usability testing, user needs assessment, information architecture, task analysis, expert heuristic evaluations, and customer research. Patrick manages a team of highly capable UX architects and guides the processes we apply to designing the user experience, which must satisfy strategic goals, business requirements, technical constraints and user needs, in order to be truly successful. Patrick has had the opportunity to to work with some well-known and highly regarded clients including TD Canada Trust, Rogers, WestJet, BlackBerry, Global News, Intelliresponse, Koodo, RBC, Royal LePage, TELUS, Treasury Board of Canada, FCA, Bank of Montreal, Canada Post, Manulife, Metro, OLG, Gowlings WLG, Purolator, and Canada Revenue Agency.
