As head of the Experience Design department at Publicis/ Nurun, he leads a team of talented Experience Designers and Content Strategists in crafting omni-channel, end-to-end consumer experiences. Through close collaboration with other disciplines, we're able to ensure that the experiences we create strategically meet the needs of both the consumer and the business. In addition to partnering with our clients, he takes great pride in growing the offering at the agency, helping to optimize our overall process, and inspiring others with what is possible through use of emerging technologies. He's obsessed with designing simple, useful experiences that have the power to transform consumer behavior. Past clients include Cadillac, Citi, Chase, MasterCard, AXA, Walmart, Nokia, Heineken, Marriott, Kraft, Avaya, Johnson & Johnson, Subaru, New York Stock Exchange, Target, SC Johnson, Verizon, and Bank of America. Eric also teach in the Graphic Design & Advertising program at the School of Visual Arts. My courses include 'Foundations of Digital Design' and 'Designing Digital Ecosystems'.
