Nurun Taps Bill Lawrence as Vice President, Managing Director

ATLANTA, Sept. 8, 2008 - Nurun Inc., a global interactive marketing agency, today announced that Bill Lawrence has joined the agency as vice president, managing director. Lawrence will lead Nurun's office in Atlanta and will be responsible for business development efforts and client support in the Southeast. He joins the existing North American Management Team reporting to the president of North America, and works closely with the agency's practice leaders on development of digital strategy, client-based initiatives, and increasing the company's overall presence throughout the United States as well as North America.

Lawrence joins Nurun with more than two decades in the technology and eBusiness industries. Most recently he was vice president, group director at Digitas in Atlanta. There, he managed key accounts for the agency, including the Delta Airlines business, where he led the comprehensive rebranding initiative and relaunch of Delta.com, and spearheaded all interactive-related marketing efforts.
His foray into the interactive agency world dates back to his days as a vice president, director, at Modem Media (which merged with Digitas in 2004), where he first began working with Delta Airlines and was responsible for locking in Digitas as the only domestic agency to remain throughout the airline's bankruptcy filing and subsequent emergence. Under his leadership, Lawrence ensured that the merger of the Modem Media and Digitas teams was a smooth and productive one - for both agencies and clients.
