CHUPA CHUPS celebrates 50 years with Nurun

Chups, the famous international lollipop company, celebrates its
50th anniversary in 2008. For this occasion, the brand known and
loved by children of all ages has launched the festivities by
offering fans a collector's site that looks back at 50 years of
history, www.chupachups.com.
Chupa Chups chose Nurun to create the site.
The agency
envisioned a virtual candy box, an animated voyage that takes
users through time to discover 50 years of history, as imagined
by Chupa Chups.
The creative minds of Nurun worked in five languages - Spanish,
French, English, German and Italian - to develop a site that
will remain online throughout 2008.
An imaginative, playful world
This anniversary site was designed in the brand's image -
cheerful, colorful and festive - with a fluid and playful
navigation.
It was designed to travel with the user through a
timeline of historical, political and cultural events that have
marked the brand's 50 successful years. Users float along
through an animated scene with colorful characters and images
typical of the Chupa Chups world.
A virtual journey through 50 years of history
Visitors not only discover the major events that have marked the
international brand during the past 50 years, but also watch the
iconic lollipop as it lands on the moon, lives through the
hippie era and welcomes the new millennium.
At the animation's close, a ribbon unravels to display a menu to
access the different site sections and games.
