With everything we do, measurement and accountability are where we begin, where we end, and how we present throughout all our processes. Different types of interactive programs are measured using specific processes, tools and standards. We recognize that business categories often utilize their own key performance indicators (KPIs). Therefore, we work with our clients to define their KPIs and we create the mechanisms, or proxies, for measuring all of their interactive programs against these standards for success.
