Guy Lemieux
Vice President of Finance and Administration
Having joined Nurun as controller and finance manager for the Montreal office in 2001, Guy Lemieux was named vice president for finance and administration a year later. As such, he oversees the company's financials, management information systems and general administration.
Mr. Lemieux has more than 20 years of experience in finance, human resources management, accounting, production, and organizational development. His strong entrepreneurial spirit led him to found and manage his own accounting firm, and to establish memberships in the Chartered Accountants of Quebec and the Certified Management Accountants of Quebec, both since 1982.
He began his career as an auditor for PriceWaterhouse before joining Northern Telecom Canada Limited as a financial specialist. He also directed local and international growth for Farouche Inc., a Canada-based ladies' clothing manufacturer, where he served as controller and, later, as general director.
Mr. Lemieux's academic credentials include a bachelor's degree in accounting science from the University of Quebec in Montreal and an MBA from Concordia University in Montreal.
